Today’s Verse: Proverbs 13:20 (NKJV)
“He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed.”

The company you keep will shape the person you become. Walk with the wise, and their wisdom will rub off on you. Surround yourself with fools, and their destruction will pull you down with them. This truth applies to every season of life.

Wisdom isn’t found in drifting through life or surrounding yourself with aimless voices. It is found by choosing your friends carefully, seeking counsel from godly people, and above all, planting yourself in God’s Word.

Even if no one around you seems wise, you can still walk with the wise by reading Scripture, studying the works of faithful believers, and learning from those who pursued truth before you.
