Jeremiah writes, "the human heart is the most deceitful of all things" (‎Jeremiah 17:9a). There is a lot we hide in our hearts but what we do not understand is that some of it are pride. Pride that hinders us from fully coming into the presence of God and His glory. It does that because when our hearts are filled with pride, there is no space for Jesus to enter.
