Mark 14:12-25

VERSE OF THE DAY: "He will show you a large room upstairs, furnished and ready. Make preparations for us there."—Mark 14:15

This is a powerful passage of Jesus sharing a final meal with the disciples and instituting the Lord's Supper before heading to the Garden of Gethsemane.

REFLECTION: Prepare on Purpose

• No one accidentally encounters Jesus.
• The man who owned the room worked to make it ready, but he didn’t
know WHO he was preparing for. He only knew WHAT he was
preparing for.
• Prepare your HEART on PURPOSE.
• Prepare your HOUSE on PURPOSE.
• Don’t miss YOUR PART in God’s story.
