Mark 5:1-20

VERSE OF THE DAY: Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man—and told about the pigs as well. Then the people began to plead with Jesus to leave the region.—Mark 5:16-17

Jesus heals a man with a demon. Verse 19 is key.

REFLECTION: Do We Want the Results?

• It was a great day for the man with demons.
• It was a bad day for the pig farmer.
• Helping one person doesn’t always equal hurting someone else.
• Do we want the MIRACLE but not the results?
• Life with Jesus means accepting EVERYTHING.
• We don’t get to pick and choose.
