These two verses in Matthew 7 were the scariest I ever read as a new believer; it really encouraged me to examine myself in the faith. Jesus is very clear that many will call Him Lord, but they don't really know Him because He doesn't know them. The worst thing than being unsaved is being unsaved in the church, but thinking you're a believer when you're really a false convert or false teacher.
