How can God be good? Opening up Nehemiah 9:16-37, Pastor Daniel explains that the goodness of God is seen in His provision and steadfast love for His people, even when they rebelled and refused to obey. Like the Israelites, we are prone to wandering away from God and rebelling against His word, but God is good and both loves and disciplines His children in their disobedience. Daniel encourages us to consider the history of God's people as reflecting the waywardness of our own lives. But on account of God's love and care for his children, He does not forsake us in our sin.
