This obscure little prophecy seemed to have its fulfillment in the Babylonian captivity...or did it?

Matthew tells us otherwise, and anytime a Messianic prophecy is on the table, it cannot be completely fulfilled until it involves the Messiah, as it did here in Jeremiah and Matthew.
