The title of our new sermon series is “Committed.” In a world where FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) makes us commitment-phobic we heed the divine and counter-cultural call to commit. Whatever it is to which we commit ourselves will both grow and it will grow us. So to what do we as the family of Chestnut Street Baptist Church commit?

We often sing: "Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it / Prone to leave the God I love" (Come Thou Fount of Many Blessings). If this is the case, we need those who will gently lead us back to the fold when we wander. How do we become that for one another?
