Jesus heals a man with unclean spirits. A man who is filled with unclean spirits asks God for help. Jesus commanded the unclean spirits to go into some nearby pigs. Even the spirits have to obey God. The man is filled with gratitude and wants to go where Jesus goes but instead, Jesus sends him off to be the first missionary. Jesus told the man to “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” The man went away proclaiming Jesus and everyone marveled.
