The Day of pentecost had fully come and the people were all filled with the Holy Ghost. Some thought these were drunk with wine, but Peter explained that this was the fulfillment of Joel the Prophet who said in the last days, the Lord would pour out of His Spirit upon all flesh.

The young men would see visions
the Old men would dream dreams
the servants and the handmaidens would prophecy, according to the Holy Spirit.
