In a world filled with slander, division, and deception, Jesus’ words still ring true: “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven.” (Matthew 5:11–12 NKJV). The enemy will try to use lies, rumors, and accusations to rob you of peace, but the Lord has promised that every trial you endure for His name brings eternal blessing.

This is not the time to retreat or give in to anger. James reminds us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger (James 1:19). Solomon declares that the one who rules his spirit is greater than one who conquers a city (Proverbs 16:32). Hold fast to joy, keep your peace, and know that when you respond with grace instead of rage, you walk in the joy of the Lord. Rejoice, for your reward is great in heaven!
