What comes to mind when you think of suffering? Typically, it’s a word with negative association. No one builds suffering into their schedule. I’d venture to guess that many of us would choose to bypass suffering altogether if given the option. Yet, as much as we avoid suffering, everyone can be categorized into one or three buckets: (1) Those who are coming out of a time of suffering, (2) those who are currently suffering, and (3) those who are about to enter into a time of suffering (whether they know it or not).
