God calls his shot. He names the place: Bethlehem. He names the time: when Israel has been abandoned. He names the person: the Eternal Ruler, Jesus. He names the results: secure living, being taken care of, peace. By calling his shot -- from eternity -- God predicts all our failures. And his redemption. His redemption of us through Christ!
