Psalms chapter 146 verse 8-9

The Lordgives sight to the blind,
the Lordlifts up those who are bowed down,
the Lordloves the righteous.
The Lordwatches over the foreigner
and sustains the fatherless and the widow,
but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
