Peter was a Distracted Follower and a Deflecting Follower. Jesus, however, wanted him to be a Disciplined Follower. That is why after Peter asked Jesus about John, The Master told him in John 21:22 to "Follow Me". The best way to complete our mission is to remain focused on the task that has been assigned to us.
