Andy Woodfield delivers a message from Hebrews
Come Thou Fount Of Every Blessing
VERSE 1
Come, Thou Fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
Sung by flaming tongues above;
Praise His name I’m fixed upon it
Name of God’s redeeming love.
VERSE 2
Hither to Thy love has blest me;
Thou hast bro’t me to this place;
And I know Thy hand will bring me
Safely home by Thy good grace.
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
Wandering from the fold of God;
He, to rescue me from danger,
Bought me with His precious blood.
VERSE 3
O to grace how great a debtor
daily I’m constrained to be!
Let Thy goodness, like a fetter,
bind my wandering heart to Thee:
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love;
Here’s my heart, Lord take and seal it;
Seal it for Thy courts above.
Here’s my heart, Lord take and seal it;
Seal it for Thy courts above.
Cleanse Me
VERSE 1
Search me, O God,
And know my heart today;
Try me, O Savior,
Know my thoughts, I pray.
See if there be
Some wicked way in me;
Cleanse me from ev‘ry sin,
And set me free.
VERSE 2
I praise You, Lord,
For cleansing me from sin;
Fulfill Thy Word, and
Make me pure within.
Fill me with fire,
Where once I burned with shame;
Grant my desire to magnify Your name.
VERSE 3
Lord, take my life,
And make it wholly Thine;
Fill all my heart with
Your great love divine.
Take all my will,
My passion, self and pride;
I now surrender, Lord
In me abide.
