I have committed sins similar to those killed by the flood. I confess them to you now. God takes sin seriously. He pours His wrath out on sin, but even as He does, He gives grace and a way to be delivered. Were you under the impression that God has no wrath for sin in the New Testament? Were you deceived into thinking you had pulled a fast one on God, or that you had been given a Mulligan?
