Jesus is the Messiah. The Messiah has come! Look nowhere else. He has come to set the captives free, who have been held in the bondage of Sin and satan. Jesus read Isaiah 61:1-2a in the synagogue of Nazareth. He applied this Scripture to Him as fulfilled in Him. This well known prophecy by the prophet Isaiah in the 8th century B.C. foretold what Christ, the Messiah would do as the Suffering Servant of his people. Listen this message for yourself. If you are not saved, then to-day is the day for you! Jesus is coming soon to judge the living and the dead and take His people to be with Him forever.
