THE GOODNESS OF GOD

Psalm 96:2-3 ~ “Sing to the Lord, praise His name; proclaim His salvation day after day. Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples.”

** When all other thoughts about God elude me, there is one fact that remains: God is good…all the time God is good!
** I have been called to tell others, again and again, this truth.
** Day after day, I am to repeat this message to the throngs of people who would otherwise just hear about the evil and injustices in the world—and never about the goodness of God!

{Dear Father, Your word reminds me to think about the things that will cause my mouth to speak life and not death. Fill me with the remembrance of Your truth, Your nobility, Your righteousness, Your purity, Your loveliness, Your virtue, and Your excellence. You are so worthy of my praise! Regardless of the amount of praise I did yesterday, let me sing praise to You today! In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.}

Psalm 98:4 ~ Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth—let your cry ring out, and sing praises!

Psalm 77:12 ~ I will reflect on all You have done and ponder Your mighty deeds.
