When we seek to get from money what only God can give us, it becomes an idol that blinds us from seeing what it truly is – a resource for God’s purpose. But if we treasure the indescribable gift of Christ, he dwells in our hearts fully, rids us of idols and enables us to give generously, willingly and sacrificially.
