LAMENTATIONS 2: 19 ‘Arise, cry out in the night and at the beginning of the watches (early morning) pour out your heart like water before the face of the LORD: lift your hands toward HIM for your young children’s lives, that faint for hunger in the top of every street’. Dear LORD, open my eye to see today's benefits. Open my mouth and fill it with words of grace that bless others and padlock it where necessary. I pray that our legs will not walk into evil and that our tongue will not land us in trouble in Jesus' name, amen.
