We typically associate meekness with weakness. But Jesus said he is meek and lowly. Meekness is not weakness. Meekness is strength under control. We are meek when we yield our hearts and lives to God. Meekness lives a life free of retaliation. Meekness is demonstrated in our reactions because they reveal our heart. God can do anything with a person who is meek, but He can’t do anything with a person who is not.
