Rise and Shine, Part 2: The Justification of Faith

With the murder conviction of Derek Chauvin this week in the killing of George Floyd, many people are thinking about justice and justification right now. Some believe justice has been done; others, that Chauvin was justified in his use of force. This video doesn't speak into those particular events. We are neither informed nor wise enough to do so. Our hope and prayer, though, is that these kinds of happenings and issues will soon become a thing of the past. What we do say is that is that the justice and justification we receive through Jesus is far above anything we could hope to find in a courthouse. This video explores the nature of justification and continues to consider what it means to be resurrection people.
