Our Name: Saint Stephen’s Chapel is a ‘Christian’ church, in San Antonio Texas, named after Stephen one of the patron saints of the Church. Stephen was the Church’s first martyr because of his devotion to Jesus Christ.  He was a Courageous witness for Christ as he boldly stood against Christian persecution. He demonstrated his Selflessness through Servanthood by placing the needs of others before his own needs.  And, he was a fearless Evangelist who shared the eternal message of the gospel unto death.

Our Mission: Saint Stephen’s Chapel seeks to reach the communities in and around the northwest San Antonio area with the ancient, yet transforming message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This area is among San Antonio’s fastest growing and is home to a diverse culture of young families.
