All of us have experienced the frustration of sitting in the waiting room waiting for a doctor.

There's a talk show on the TV, and old People magazines to thumb through.

Time just seems to stop.

Most of us have also been in God's waiting room.

The place where we pray and ask God to intervene in our lives.

So we pray, and we wait... and wait... and wait.

There's no doubt this is a tough spot to be in.

I'm going to be teaching on one of Jesus' parables where He told us what God is up to when we're in the waiting room.
