Scripture makes it clear that God has placed the initiative in our hands. Jesus said, “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” We act on earth, and God responds in heaven. Too many people are waiting on God to do something, while God is waiting on them to move. The ball is in your court. Faith requires action, and heaven responds to decision. God does not respond to indecision—He responds to obedience.

There is no such thing as standing still. You either decide, or you decide not to decide. In either case, you have made a decision. You may not win every battle, but persistence and determination always prevail. Quitters never win, and winners never quit. Temporary setbacks are not signs of God’s absence—they are proof that you are human. Press on. Endure to the end. Make up your mind to do what God has placed before you, and live boldly, fearlessly, and confidently in Christ, knowing that the victory belongs to you.
