* It is God speaking love.

Three observations about how God loves in our valleys:
(1) Revisit His love (Hosea 2:4)
* Wilderness - place where provision is necessary / faith is tested
(2) Remind us of His love (Hosea 2:14)
(3) Restore us by His love (Hosea 2:15)
