God's sovereignty means that because he made the earth, the heavens, the sun, moon and stars, they all belong to him. It also means that we belong to him. Thus, God's requirements of His people is both just and reasonable. As his people, it is imperative that we know what God requires of us, because His covenant with humanity obligates us to respond to His grace.
