Why does Isaiah 45:5, and Deuteronomy 4:39, 32:6 use the personal pronoun “I, me, and he” in reference to God the Father? Does this mean that God is obviously unipersonal or one person?

I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else, [there is] no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
Deuteronomy 4:39 KJV
Know therefore this day, and consider [it] in thine heart, that the LORD he [is] God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: [there is] none else.
Deuteronomy 32:6 KJV
Do ye thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? [is] not he thy father [that] hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee?
