“In whose heart the Lord opened…” The fact that the Lord opened Lydia’s heart meant that she allowed her heart to be opened.

God wants to open you up to new things! This is the year He wants to open you up to things you haven’t yet experienced- things you haven’t heard, things you haven’t seen.

The Bible says, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (2 Corinthians 2:9 NKJV). But the Spirit wants to reveal those things to us.

Don’t miss what God has for you this year because you’re closed off. There are so many things that God has for you to know, to see, to feel and to be a part of.

Don’t sit back and think what you have is the only right way. Maybe what you know has gotten you where you are, but guess what? You’re still here; you’re not in Heaven yet! That means God still has some things that can still excite you and cause you to bubble up on the inside.

God wants you to feel alive! He doesn’t just want you to exist, and He knows exactly what it takes for you to have a new experience. Moses needed a burning bush. Elijah needed to raise the dead boy. Elisha needed to be able to do twice the miracles Elijah did. Lazarus needed to have the experience of coming back from the dead. He knew Peter needed to catch the fish with the money. God knows what each one of us needs!

Open yourself up this year. Everything in the Scriptures is possible for you! Everything God allows you to hear is possible for you.
