After the Resurrection, the disciples hadn’t experienced Jesus yet. They were walking around sad and the way they were talking to one another was making them even sadder. Because they were acting and talking so sad, they didn’t even realize that Jesus was with them.

The more negative you become the more you won’t realize that healing is on the way, money is on the way, your children are going to turn out great and you are going to get that job. When you are negative, you can’t hear, see or feel the breakthrough. Negativity blocks it like plaque in your arteries.

Jesus stepped right in the middle of the disciples’ conversation – Why? To break up the negativity; to show them that He was back. Jesus wanted them to get over this and move on. There were things God had prepared for them all along.

Today, start catching yourself when you may not be thinking right. Are you saying the right words that will produce the right fruit?

Realize that you shouldn’t be negative, sad or down because Jesus is in you! He is working everything out for your good. You have to believe that God has a plan in spite of where you’re at right now.
