Roles and Tasks of the Kingdom of God

It is my impression that God's people often visualize themselves reclining in a mansion, doing nothing of significance for eternity. The thought that Christ may have called us for a purpose may be a new idea to some.
We of today are at the beginning of the installing of the Kingdom of God on the earth. How do I know this? Because I use the seven feasts of Israel as a guide to my thinking concerning the program of redemption.
For two thousand years the Christian churches have been oriented toward eternal residence in Heaven as being the goal toward which the Divine redemption has been bringing us. The Gospel of the Kingdom has been the Gospel of Heaven. You may have noticed of late that there is an emphasis on the Kingdom of God—more so than previously. This is because the original Gospel is being restored.
