This Bible study devotional covers 1 Chronicles 9:35-14:17. In this passage, King Saul's failure to seek God's guidance leads to defeat and death, while David's faithful obedience brings God's people unity, victory, and joy. But even David fails to follow God’s law, and it leads to death for his people.
