Priscilla was a woman who would be one of Paul's main source of help in his ministry and even as a tent maker. She and her husband were Co-Workers in the Gospel with Paul. After Paul left Ephesus and set sail to another location, he left Priscilla and Aquila in Ephesus.

Apollos arrives in Ephesus, who is eloquent, and mighty in the scriptures, knowing only the baptism of John, he enters into the synagogue and teaches with boldness. Priscilla and Aquila takes him unto them and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
