Jesus begins today’s text with one of the seven great I AM statements found in John’s Gospel; Essentially, declaring that He, Jesus, is the Great I Am, God in the flesh.
And Jesus says to the people who were there, “Whoever comes to Me will never hunger or thirst”, He was letting the people He was preaching to then, as well as all of us now, that allowing His words to penetrate deep within us, will completely satisfy our inner spiritual needs!
