How far would you go for your child? How far would you go for your child if he or she were gravely ill? On one occasion in the Bible, a Gentile woman of Syrophoenician descent was put to that very test. Interestingly, the test itself was administered by the Son of God. In fact, Jesus responded in some very unusual ways to the mother's cries for help to see just how far her faith in Him would take her. And, He tests us today, as well.
