Anne Dutton (1692-1765) was a Calvinistic Baptist writer during the Great Awakening of the 18th century. Her correspondents included Selina Hastings, the Countess of Huntingdon, John Wesley, George Whitefield, and Philip Doddridge. Her works include theological defenses of Trinitarianism and Calvinism, but she is best remembered for her letters of spiritual counsel to men and women on both side of the Atlantic, compiled in 1884 as Letters on Spiritual Subjects.
