Hundreds of people have told me personally, or have written, that my writings have brought them comfort, strength, and courage. This, and the favorable reception given a volume of similar short miscellaneous topics entitled Heart Talks, has moved me to present in permanent form this similar volume with the hope that these messages may have a ministry of blessing to many readers.
These messages have been made quite personal in order that reader and author may draw close together and share together the thoughts and experiences expressed, for life for us all is pretty much alike in its problems, its difficulties, its hopes, and its fears. If in this volume the reader finds something to stimulate, to uplift, and to encourage, the author’s hope will have been fulfilled.
