When people hear the 3rd Commandment "Thou shalt not use Thy name in vain, its usually thought of in the context of profanity. I.e. using God's name as a curse word. But is that it? Is that what its really talking about? Or is it something deeper and more destructive. But as we dig in for our verse-by-verse, chapter--by-chapter, study through the Book of Exodus we'll discover its a bout much more. The 3rd commandment is about kingdom building and we are all expert kingdom builders. In Exodus 20 we discover why the 3rd and 4th commandments are so vital.
