Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the Torah: for sin is the transgression of the Torah. YAHUCHANON RI'SHON (1 JOHN) 3:4 את CEPHER 
 
When Paul said we are not under the law he was referring to those who obey it. Cuz if you obey it you are not under its curse. So you are not "under" the law. You are not under it. Not under its curse. 
 
But if you disobey the law you are under its curse so you repent and get back on track. But if you stay in sin you are under the law and on your way to hell. 
 
 
The law cannot save you cuz you're not saved by works. You are saved by Yahusha Ha'Mashiach alone. However disobedience will get you rejected by the Messiah Himself (Matthew 7:21-23) 
 
The law cannot save you cuz the holy spirit is needed to obey the law fully. 
 
Yahusha frees us from the law by helping us fulfill it through the holy spirit. 
 
Sin is the master of the nonbeliever not the believer. 
 
The person not receiving forgiveness of sin from Yahusha us under law. 
 
Under grace is not granted to all. Roman's 6:3-5 
 
We are not to sin since we are not under law but under grace. 
 
When you repent and washed clean and saved you are under grace and the law's curse is lifted off you. You now get a reset and start all over obeying the law so you dont fall under the law. 
 
When you sin again and fail to repent you fall back under the law and recieve its curses. 
 
For sin does not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the Torah, but under grace. ROMAIYM (ROMANS) 6:14 את CEPHER 
 
When you are under the law (Roman's 6:14) you are under its curse (Deuteronomy 28:15) because you are transgressing the law. When you sin you transgress the Torah (1 John 3:4) so when you were under the law that means you are living in sin. 
 
But when you stop transgressing Torah you are no longer under the law or under its curse. 
 
I'm afraid people have gotten this all wrong. God would never ever ever ever ever EVER get rid of His Torah. Just the thought of it is ridiculous if you know your bible. 
 
Worse thing that could ever happen to satan was when people started reading their bibles over and over. Cuz after awhile people realize that what the bible says and what their pastor is preaching doesn't line up. So since the bible is the word of God the pastor is wrong. And of course Paul even warned us in Acts 20:29 that wolves would come into the body of Mashiach and teach doctrines of demons. 
 
In these scriptures the word for lawlessness is the Greek word anomia. And the word lawless is anomos. It means without Torah. The word the writer of the book of Hebrews originally used is resha רָשַׁע in Hebrew and means wickedness and without Torah. It is clear Yahshua hates it when people transgress the Torah. But you have a generation that thinks the Torah is dead.
