God has an individual purpose on each one of our lives. Ask God, "what is my part in the great commission?"  Everyday is a once in a life time opportunity to do God's plan. Don't miss that opportunity, you will never get it back.

We are going to read about the events that took place during Holy Week. I am praying these scriptures will rekindle our walk with Christ. It is amazing what Christ did for all of mankind so that we could have a relationship with God Almighty.

King Ahaz looked at the circumstances rather than God's promises. When he did this he fell into sin.  The sin snowballed and it almost destroyed the entire nations. We must have a righteous fear of God.

The hour has finally come and Jesus is arrested and questioned. The Jewish leaders have been very hypocritical and legalistic and they want Jesus dead, Today we will discuss why obedience is not legalism. Obedience is right and good for those who truly call themselves followers of Christ.

The people of God spend time worshipping and repenting.  Despite all that He has done for them, they continue to stiffen their necks and disobey His words. But, God rich in His mercy and grace continues to restore and provide for His people.

The enemy is angry with the Jews rebuilding the wall. They even threaten to kill them when they least expect it. Nehemiah prays and then arms his workers. They even plan to sound the trumpet when attacked and all will gather to help fight against the enemy. The question is, will we sound the trumpet in our lives when being attacked by the enemy? Will we allow our church family to help us fight the battle.

The temple is now rebuilt and Ezra is broken by the lawlessness of the people. They are called to repent and separate themselves from the abominations of the land. They must take sin seriously because it will cause the people to be lead astray and worship; false gods. But, in Christ there is always hope!

It should not surprise us as believers that the enemy would not want the temple to be rebuilt by the Jews in the book of Ezra. It should also not be a surprise that the enemy will do whatever it can to stop believers from walking out the great commission.

Peter calls wives to be submissive to their husbands. He calls husbands to love and honor their wives. No matter what the world says, we must live by God's words and not man's. We must delight in God's statues.
