Giving and Receiving!
Matthew 15:32-39, 2 Kings 4:42-44
In the two accounts of Jesus feeding the five and four thousand, He gives to his disciple and important picture that if they would just understand it would revolutionaries their walk of faith in Christ Jesus (Matt 14:13-21, Mat 15:32). 1. Give to Jesus what you have. 2. Jesus will bless it and break it open. 3. Jesus will give it back to you. 4. Jesus expects you to go and give it out to others and watch it multiply. 5. Go out gather up the fragments which the people have given back to you (Matt 14:13-21, Matt 15: 32-39). Disciple Principle: Jesus gives to us so that we as His disciples will break it and give to the multitudes and in turn the multitude will give back to us. Remember: Christ desires us to give as He himself gives to us. (Matt 10:8, 2 Kings 4:42-44).
